Yogoda Satsanga Society of India's more than 200 Kendras, Mandalis, Retreats, and Ashrams are open to spiritual seekers throughout India and Nepal. Sadhana Mandir is set on the banks of the holy river Ganges, away from the noise and activity of Rishikesh, hidden in the foothills of the Himalayas. A peaceful and serene environment pervades the ashram, which is surrounded by magnificent blooming gardens, mango trees, and a lotus pond, making it perfect for sadhana.
Baba Santosh Puri started this ashram in 1978. Following that, Babaji attained Samadhi during the Kumbha Mela, but his German wife manages the ashram and provides yoga instruction.
Dakṣināmnāya Śrī Śāradā Pītham, also known as Sri Sringeri Mutt, is one of the four cardinal pthams created by 8th century philosopher-saint rdi akara to preserve and spread Santana Dharma and Advaita Vednta, or non-dualism philosophy. It is the Southern mnya Ptham of the four Chaturmnya Pthams, with the others being the Dvrak rad Ptham (Gujarat) in the West, Pur Govardhana Ptham (Odisha) in the East, and Badri Jyotishptham (Uttarakhand) in the North.
Shantikunj is the spiritual and social headquarters of the All World Gayatri Pariwar (AWGP). It was founded in 1971 in Haridwar and has since been a focal point for the global Yug Nirman Yojana (Movement for the Reconstruction of the Era) movement for moral-spiritual regeneration in the light of ancient Indian history. Kaivalyadhama began at a home rented in Lonavla by Prabha Shankar Patni, the then-Dewan of Bhavnagar. It was founded in 1924 by Swami Kuvalayananda. We teach and practise the Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali, the eighth-century yogic seer. With a college, a health centre, asana halls, ayurveda and naturopathy facilities, and philosophical and scientific research departments, the site presently spans 170 acres of parkland.
