It is stated that the Supreme Personality of Godhead Krishna appeared as Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and Nityananda Prabhu with his brother Balarama. These two brothers appeared only to bestow the greatest benefits of Harinama Sankirtan based on the teachings of Bhagvad Gita and Shrimad Bhagavatam on the fallen conditioned souls of this Kali Yuga. They imparted the divine Love of Godhead to each and everyone, without regard for requirements or disqualifications, with the help of their colleagues, the Pancha Tattva. Gurukul Kurukshetra

Gurukul Kurukshetra, comfortably situated on a prestigious platform in the educational world, requires no introduction. On the occasion of Baisakhi in 1912, the great liberation fighter and dedicated social crusader Swami Shardhananda founded this magnificent seat of learning. This institution is enriching the lives of thousands of students by adopting Swami Dayananda's ideas and blending traditional and modern culture. Kurukshetra reminds us of the mega-war that laid the foundation of India's destruction, but it also reminds us of Swami Shardhananda, who planted a tree of knowledge in the shape of Gurukul to overcome the darkness of ignorance. That tiny seedling has grown to be the size and shape of a massive banyan tree. Under this tree of knowledge, students from many geographical regions obtain instruction. Swami Shardhanand Ji was able to realize his goals after a generous Thanesar City contributor, Lala Jyoti Prasad, provided a large plot of land and Rs. 10,000/- in cash. Despite the fact that Lala Ji had no problems of his own, his kindness has resulted in shoals of students bringing honours to this university.

Indian DevelopmentFoundation (IDF)

IDF Bal Gurukul initiatives have shown to be a successful paradigm for long-term development. Village development and education programmes have been incorporated into the IDF's diverse objectives. The education programme also serves as the centre for local development. In other ways, it allows the children to instruct their parents on what they have learned. Several Government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are working to raise literacy rates. We must recognize that many members of a family are attending school for the first time. In such instances, parents are unable to provide educational guidance to their children. There are those families who struggle to send their children to public schools. Those who are financially capable supply tuition services to their children. However, many children continue to attend school but do not offer sufficient educational assistance at home. The IDF promotes the right to "appropriate education." The Indian Development Foundation (IDF) has devised a strategy to overcome this barrier by establishing empowerment programmes, also known as Bal Gurukuls, across India. IDF today covers approximately 15000+ students in India through this empowerment program/ Bal Gurukuls, which began with 50 pupils in a tribal area of Karjat in Maharashtra and Langadiyawas village in Rajasthan. Indian Development Foundation (IDF) • With 35 years of humanitarian service, IDF is one of India's top NGOs. • The Societies Registration Act of 1860 was used to register the organisation. • The Bombay Public Trust Act was enacted in 1950. • Pioneered efforts on leprosy eradication in India. • Areas of Focus: Health, Education, and Development • The IDF is a Special Consultative Status member of the United Nations. The Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. In India, the IDF currently has 246 BAL GURUKULS/ Empowerment Programs. In Jaipur, there are empowerment classes that function similarly to a full-fledged school. Students who attend this school do not attend any other schools. They are all first-year students. We have planned to take the children up to the fifth grade and then convince them to attend one of the nearest government schools. Children in all other schools attend Bal Gurukul in addition to their normal school. They are chosen at random and given authority. The weak students are appropriately instructed. They are educated on the significance of education. School must ensure that children who are performing poorly in class are adopted and properly coached in order to raise them to a higher level. This programme requires parental permission. On a typical academic day, students must devote an additional one to two hours to the programme. School discovered that students who had previously received poor grades now receive excellent grades after participating in the Bal Gurukul programme. With better education, the Bal Gurukul system transforms the child. When it comes to expanding literacy and the right to education, we are looking forward to empowering literates and ensuring that they have access to the correct education.
